Terms of use
The conditions for local practice, AI feedback and Store subscriptions.
1. Service
DTZ 2026 Mock Exam is independent educational preparation software operated by SmartPrep Labs LLP. It is not affiliated with BAMF, g.a.s.t., telc, Goethe-Institut or an examination centre and does not issue an official score, certificate or migration decision.
2. Learning and AI results
Practice results and AI feedback are educational estimates. They can contain errors, do not guarantee an examination outcome and are not a substitute for current official requirements. You remain responsible for checking requirements and deadlines with the competent authority.
3. Subscriptions
Premium may be offered as monthly, three-month, six-month and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Available subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. The Store shows the localized price, billing period and renewal terms before confirmation and handles payment, cancellation and refunds under Store rules and applicable law. Deleting the app does not cancel a Store subscription.
4. Premium and restore
Premium is tied to a verified Store purchase. After reinstalling, use the same Apple App Store or Google Play account and choose Restore purchases in Profile. SmartPrep Labs verifies the entitlement with the billing provider before activation. Access can end when the verified subscription expires or is revoked.
5. Local data and security
The app does not create a learner account or offer Apple or Google sign-in. Local learning progress remains on the device and is removed when the app is uninstalled. Protected cloud operations use a pseudonymous technical session identifier.
6. Your content
You retain rights in responses and recordings you create. You grant the limited permission necessary to provide requested synchronization and AI feedback. Do not upload unlawful material, another person’s confidential information or recordings made without the required consent.
7. Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, abuse accounts or quotas, distribute protected practice content, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict abusive access where reasonably necessary to protect learners, the service or legal obligations.
8. Availability and updates
We work to keep the service accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features, content and provider integrations can change. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
