DTZ 2026 Mock Exam

Privacy notice

How SmartPrep Labs LLP processes data when you use local practice, AI feedback and Premium.

1. Controller and contact

SmartPrep Labs LLP operates DTZ 2026 Mock Exam. Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests can be sent to support@smartpreplabs.com.

2. Local practice data

Settings, attempts, answers, AI reports and speaking recordings are stored on the device for practice, history and progress. They remain until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Local practice works without an account.

3. Technical session

The app does not offer registration or federated sign-in. Protected cloud features use a pseudonymous technical session identifier; it is not a learner account and contains no Apple or Google profile information. Learning progress remains on the device and is not recovered after uninstalling the app.

4. AI feedback

Writing text or temporary speaking audio is sent only when you request AI feedback. Protected Google Firebase and Google Cloud services route the request. OpenAI processes report generation, with Google Vertex AI as a fallback; Groq processes speech transcription, with OpenAI as a fallback; and Vertex AI processes writing-photo recognition. Temporary speaking audio has a one-day deletion lifecycle. Reports and transcripts remain in local history until local data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.

5. Subscriptions

Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment. RevenueCat and SmartPrep Labs process Store product, transaction, expiry and Firebase user identifiers to verify and restore Premium. SmartPrep Labs does not receive full payment-card details. Client purchase state alone never grants Premium.

6. Identifiers and optional telemetry

Firebase and service providers process pseudonymous installation/device identifiers for authentication, App Check, entitlement verification, security and technical operations. Advertising identifiers are disabled and these identifiers are not used for cross-app tracking. Usage analytics and crash diagnostics are independent and off by default. Analytics is unavailable unless configured in the build. If you opt in, only allowlisted technical events or sanitized crash details are sent. Answers, writing, transcripts, recordings, email, user ID, content IDs, local paths, tokens and signed links are forbidden from usage events.

7. Providers and transfers

The service may use Google Firebase, Google Cloud, Vertex AI, OpenAI, Groq, RevenueCat, Apple and Google Play as processors or independent Store providers. Processing can occur outside your country subject to provider safeguards and applicable law. The app contains no advertising SDK and does not use data for cross-app tracking or personalized advertising.

8. Retention and deletion

Local data lasts until cleared or uninstall. Temporary AI audio is deleted on the one-day lifecycle. Provider security, billing and opt-in diagnostics records follow their lawful retention periods. Store billing records can remain with Apple, Google or RevenueCat as legally required.

9. Your choices and rights

You can use local practice without an account, decline AI feedback, keep telemetry off, or clear device data from Profile. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, restriction, portability or objection by contacting support.

10. Children and changes

The app is intended for adult immigration-course learners and is not directed to children under 13. Material changes will be reflected in the published notice and its effective date before they take effect.
