The app creates no learner account. This page explains local-data deletion and the subscription boundary.

Clear data in the app

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Choose Clear data on this device.
  3. Review the warning and confirm.

What is deleted

The in-app control clears settings, attempts, written responses, transcripts, AI reports and other learning data stored on this device. Uninstalling the app also removes local learning data.

What can remain

Store subscription and transaction records held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat can remain under their legal, fraud-prevention and accounting obligations. Clearing data or deleting the app does not cancel an active Store subscription.

No learner account

DTZ 2026 Mock Exam does not offer registration or sign-in, so there is no learner account to delete. Protected services may retain limited pseudonymous security, billing or diagnostic records for their lawful retention periods.

Support

For a privacy request, email support@smartpreplabs.com. Never send a password, Store password or payment-card details. Temporary speaking audio remains subject to its one-day deletion lifecycle.
