For faster diagnosis, include the device type, operating-system version, App version, the screen where the issue occurred, and a short description. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary personal information.
Accounts and sign-in
The App can start with an anonymous session. Link Google or Apple in Profile before purchasing so progress and Premium access can be restored safely.
Purchases and restoration
- Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Use Profile > Premium and purchases > Restore purchases with the same store account.
- Pending payments activate Premium only after the store confirms payment.
- Cancellation and refund requests are handled in the applicable store account under its policies.
Audio, handwriting, and automated feedback
Speaking feedback needs microphone permission and a stable connection while the answer is uploaded and evaluated. Handwriting recognition needs camera or photo access only when you choose that feature. Always review a transcript or recognized handwriting before relying on it; automated processing can be incomplete or wrong.
Privacy and deletion
You can permanently delete the account in Profile > Delete account and cloud data or use our web deletion process.
