These Terms govern use of CELPIP 2026 Mock Exam, an exam preparation app provided by SmartPrep Labs, TOO.

Independent Preparation Tool

The app is an independent learning product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CELPIP, Paragon Testing Enterprises, or any official test provider.

Educational Use

Practice scores, AI feedback, mock reports, and training recommendations are provided for study guidance only. They do not guarantee an official test result.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions unlock additional practice limits, mock exams, AI reports, and training access. Purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store depending on platform. Subscription cancellation and refund handling follow the applicable store policy.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to abuse the service, bypass premium access controls, upload unlawful content, or attempt to reverse engineer backend scoring or entitlement systems.

Account deletion is available in the app and through this deletion request page.
