Account Deletion

Effective date: June 13, 2026

CELPIP 2026 Mock Exam supports account deletion directly in the mobile app: open Profile and tap Delete account.

What Is Deleted

• Firebase account used by this app.
• Account-linked profile and entitlement mapping data.
• User-owned cloud evidence files under the app storage path, such as speaking recordings or writing images.
• Cloud-stored learning data linked to the deleted user account where technically available.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited operational records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, subscription records, or aggregate analytics that no longer identify the deleted account.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email partners@smartpreplabs.com from the email address connected to your account. Include the app name "CELPIP 2026 Mock Exam" and request account deletion.
