Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of TEF Canada Mock Exam, an exam preparation app provided by SmartPrep Labs, TOO.

Independent Preparation Tool

The app is an independent learning product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CCI Paris Ile-de-France, TEF, IRCC, Apple, Google, or any official test provider.

Educational Use

Practice scores, AI feedback, mock reports, NCLC estimates, and training recommendations are provided for study guidance only. They do not guarantee an official TEF Canada result, immigration outcome, or language proficiency certification.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions unlock additional practice limits, mock exams, AI reports, and training access. Purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store depending on platform. The price and billing period are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period unless cancelled through the applicable store before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally refund the current period. Refund handling follows the applicable store policy.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to abuse the service, bypass premium access controls, upload unlawful content, or attempt to reverse engineer backend scoring, entitlement, content delivery, or anti-abuse systems.

Account Deletion

Account deletion can be initiated directly from Settings in the app and is normally completed within seven days. Users without app access can request deletion through this deletion request page. Deleting an app account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, which must be managed through the applicable store.
