1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PTE Core Prep application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PTE Core Prep is a mobile application designed to help users prepare for the Pearson PTE Core test for Canadian immigration. The App provides practice questions, mock exams, AI-powered evaluation, and study tools.

PTE Core Prep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Pearson Education, Pearson PTE, or any of their subsidiaries.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Tiers

The App offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription with full access to all features.

4.2 Billing

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from the App without written permission.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within the App are owned by SmartPrepLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to evaluate speaking and writing responses. AI evaluations are approximate and provided for practice purposes only. They do not guarantee any specific score on the actual PTE Core test.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. We make no representations about the accuracy of score predictions or AI evaluations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartPrepLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, test scores, or immigration application outcomes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
