SmartPrepLabs ("we", "our", "us") operates the PTE Core Prep application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

2.1 Account Information

• Profile photo (if provided through Google Sign-In)

• App usage patterns and feature interactions
• Device type, OS version, and app version

2.3 Audio Recordings

For speaking practice tasks, the App records your voice. Audio recordings are:

• Processed for AI evaluation and scoring
• Not stored permanently on our servers
• Deleted after evaluation is complete

2.4 Written Responses

For writing tasks, your text responses are sent to AI services for evaluation. Responses are used solely for scoring and feedback purposes.

Your data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Firebase security rules to restrict data access
• Authentication-based access controls

• Account data: Retained while your account is active
• Practice history: Retained while your account is active
• Audio recordings: Deleted immediately after AI evaluation
• Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized after 12 months

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in the App
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your practice history and scores
• Opt out of analytics data collection (via App settings)
